This year we hosted both of our families for Thanksgiving! It was fabulous with the one exception that our John, was sick...with who knows what but as I type this, he is still on the sofa with a slight fever. The absolute best part of the day was having my great nephew, Ethan with us! We are all madly in love with the little guy! I promise to share more about him soon.
Ya'll I've been about to burst with excitement! My little blog was invited to participate in a holiday home tour!!!!!! When the amazing interior designer and blogger at Confetti Style, Shelly contacted me to ask if I'd be willing to join her along with a few other amazing bloggers and I couldn't say YES fast enough!!
Over the next few weeks, starting on December 2nd, we will be sharing our Christmas decor and how we have made our homes Merry & Bright for the holidays! We will each be sharing a DIY project featuring a decal from Candi's Etsy Shop WelcomingWalls. This should be interesting on my part since as ya'll know I'm not much of a DIY blogger, but I'm working on something fantastic!
So I hope you will come back and follow all of us as we tour you through our holiday homes!

Before I go and get busy with everything I have left to do...indulge me in just a few photos from Thanksgiving.
There are 5 generations in this photo, Grandmother celebrated her 95th birthday last month! Ashley has the glow of motherhood...or maybe that is the look of sleep deprivation, at any rate she is radiant! I'm so proud of the mother she has become!
Just try and tell me he isn't the cutest kid ever!!! So glad my Christmas tree was the first one he ever got to see up close!!!
Happy Decorating ya'll!!!
